Sam has been a Brevard County resident since 1975, a graduate of Titusville High School where she was active in sports, as well as and her family’s longtime Titusville auto repair business. Sam graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Finance degree, and transitioned from a cashier at Winn Dixie to branch President at Bank of America. Her 15 years in the banking industry and 12 years as a Mortgage Loan officer made for an easy transition into Real Estate as she is able to educate and skillfully negotiate and navigate the home buying process for her long list of happy clients. Sam enjoys boating, our many beaches, outdoor sports, family and her grandkids as well as keeping up with her giant tortoise, Porky.
